18-story Residential Tower on Justice Ave Queens

This project is a 18-story mixed-use building, which hosts 183 residential units, and commercial and community facalities on first four floors. The total area is 320,000 square feet. The structural system consists of concrete flat plate slab and shear wall, and the building is supported on mat foundation.
