This 8-story residential building with cellar is located at E 19 Street Brooklyn. This housing development has 96 one- and two-bedroom apartments. The structural system consists of metal deck slab with light weight concrete topping supported on steel beams and columns.  The lateral force resisting system is a combination of steel brace frame and reinforced concrete shear wall.  The foundation system is spread footing with tie beams.
