15-Story Mixed-Use Tower On 35th Avenue Flushing

This 15-story mix-used building will host 134 residential units, 206 hotel rooms, restaurants and multiple retail spaces.  Together with three levels of cellars, the total construction floor area is about 350,000 square feet.  The structural system consists of concrete flat plate slab and shear walls, and the building is supported on thick mat foundation.
