South Portland Residential Building

 This housing development has 4 units, and is a gut renovation of a 3-story townhouse with addition of mezzanine on top level and expansion at rear.  Existing wood floor framing is removed and replaced with cold-formed metal joist, which also locate at different elevations.  Existing front façade wall was replaced with new steel/concrete moment frame for maximum street view and architectural expression.
