7-Story Mixed-use Building at 11th Street LIC

This seven-story mixed-use building is located at 11th Street, Long Island City.  This housing development accommodates 42 one- and two-bedroom apartments. The structural system of the building consists of concrete flat plate slab and shear walls.  The building is supported by micro-piles.
