6-Story Commercial Building on 60th Street Brooklyn

This 6-story commercial building has approximately 9000 square feet construction floor area. This project is a renovation of an existing 3-story townhouse with addition of floors on top.  All floors were made of metal deck slab with light weight concrete topping supported by new steel beams and columns.
